  • LIFTING CLUTCΗ is the re-usable component of the 'LIFTING SYSTEM', made of high resistance steel casting to guarantee lasting use. The lower end spheric part swings into the housing previously created into the concrete elements and its 'T' slot engages itself into the spheric head of the lifting anchor. The contact with the lifting anchor head is made during the lifting phase only when toe or spheric head is rested to the concrete element.
  • To reduce waste, the ideal solution for the recovery of long crop ends of strand is undoubtedly the coupler for plaits and strands. It consists of 2 clamps, whose diameter may vary, connected by a nipple. They are made from high quality steel and processed through severe heat treatment, which ensure many reuses and long life.     • Disassemble the clamp and soak all parts in heavy oil bath for 24 hours;
    • Then clean all components with compressed air;
    • Check the conditions of the knurl edge, replace wedges if necessary;
    • Re-assemble the wedge sets with the elastic ring;
    • Sprinkle graphite powder over wedges;
    • Check wedges and socket for equal taper.
  • Special sliding vibrators are available with pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical locking device and pneumatic or electric vibrator.
  • For closing the top of the moulds, we suggest our quick closing device by cam.

  • Pre-stressing system includes the complete loosening of the strands before cutting them.
  • The use of lifting anchors is the most widespread all along the years, the easiest and the cheapest one among all those existing on the market. Moreover, for the lifting of thin elements or beams with a thin core, the integral socket with reinforced bar is an insuperable product as it directly and quickly spreads the load in deepness. To be sure of adopting a good and safety lifting system, have a look to the same section referred to the anchor and for the choice and check of the socket, please consult the same section dedicated to the anchor. In the specific case of lifting sockets, the manufacturer guarantees that the breakage of the full system socket-articulated loop in axial pull happens at 4 times the nominal pull with which sockets are commercially individuated. Naturally, it is necessary to respect the distances from the edges and the minimum distances between centers of nearby sockets, to confine suitably each socket into the concrete with anchoring and distribution mesh.
