  • For an accurate concrete vibration, whenever no vibration outside the form is possible or on difficult sites, the solution is our maintenance-free electrical H.F. vibrating poker with converter which can be connected also to single-phase power. These electric H.F. vibrating pokers consist of a submersed part with special electric motor (insulation class H) with 5 m hose made of abrasion-proof rubber and a 10 m long input cable. The switch is housed into a sealed box with 42V / 32A plug meeting EEC standards. Our vibrating pokers are studied for connection to 42V, 200 Hz power. For a correct motor cooling during the operation, the poker must be totally plunged into the concrete. To connect the vibrating poker to 400V - 50Hz or 230V – 50Hz, our sturdy, handy, compact voltage and frequency converter is required.

  • To obtain perfect finishing, to achieve the highest strength in concrete, pneumatic vibration is the best solution. The range of application includes the pre-casting yard as well as the tunnelling yard, everywhere assuring the highest level of accident prevention, top reliability and no maintenance required. The pneumatic vibrator avoids the risk of resonance, by gearing its number of revolutions continuously.
  • The use of lifting anchors is the most widespread all along the years, the easiest and the cheapest one among all those existing on the market. Moreover, for the lifting of thin elements or beams with a thin core, the integral socket with reinforced bar is an insuperable product as it directly and quickly spreads the load in deepness. To be sure of adopting a good and safety lifting system, have a look to the same section referred to the anchor and for the choice and check of the socket, please consult the same section dedicated to the anchor. In the specific case of lifting sockets, the manufacturer guarantees that the breakage of the full system socket-articulated loop in axial pull happens at 4 times the nominal pull with which sockets are commercially individuated. Naturally, it is necessary to respect the distances from the edges and the minimum distances between centers of nearby sockets, to confine suitably each socket into the concrete with anchoring and distribution mesh.   • This panel is used for the construction of floors and roofs. The thickness and geometry of the panel can be varied according to the span and project requirements. The placement of the reinforcement and the concrete pour can be made totally on site or partially in the production plant.
