  • Local Optimo is an important optimization software allowing to work on the machine’s computer.  The software optimizes the cutting lengths by minimizing scraps.
  • Integrated rod optimisation system for cutting and profiling machines.  Designed for those who manufacture for civil housing and public works it allows cutting by diameter,  cutting by element and cutting by position . It also allows optimising bar distribution into deposits and channels, minimizing waste, minimizing the cutting cycles (cutting time optimisation), minimizing diameter changes, distributing the production over the various cutting machines, etc.
  • Software module that allows automatically importing the data of the longitudinal beam reinforcements according to the working drawings. The table must explicitly contain the drawing of the rods of these longitudinal reinforcements.  CLIC-CAD recognises shapes, lengths and diameters of the reinforcement rods in the drawings and imports the data directly to our GO management software for the subsequent working procedures (cutting optimisation, label printing, sending the production data to the machines, reports, statistics, etc.).  CLIC-CAD thus allows: -Drastically reducing the workload of those who convert the drawings into job lists - Reducing operator input errors.
  • Grafo Mesh simplifies the production of meshes, floors, walls and other items having longitudinal and transversal wires. The software interface allows a fast and easy data introduction of the mesh to be produced, indicating the diameter, separation and possible windows.  With Grafo Mesh you can produce any kind of mesh, also very complex ones.
  • Graphico is a flexible, powerful design system for the development of rods and is easy to use and learn. It has been designed for those who manufacture for civil housing and public works and can be structured in various levels and sublevels: job, plan, group, element, figure, bundle. It can generate the reports necessary for each production department: cutting, profiling, assembly. It also allows printing the job cards and job lists for the different machines, so that you can easily work by element or by position, display the weight delivered and to be delivered, and have various statistics available.
  • Mesh Spider is the lifting equipment to move electro-welded mesh panels which can hook mesh bundles from the outside. Due to its automatic hooking and releasing device Mesh Spider can move one or more mesh bundles in a fast and safe way resulting in room saving as the bundles can be stocked one next to the other. Thanks to its reduced dimensions, it can be used with both a crane or a forklift. Available version: MESH SPIDER 4-6 m INT: it is able to hook from the inside mesh bundles with 3 picking points.

Driven by electric asynchronous servomotors digitally controlled.
