  • Graphico is a flexible, powerful design system for the development of rods and is easy to use and learn. It has been designed for those who manufacture for civil housing and public works and can be structured in various levels and sublevels: job, plan, group, element, figure, bundle. It can generate the reports necessary for each production department: cutting, profiling, assembly. It also allows printing the job cards and job lists for the different machines, so that you can easily work by element or by position, display the weight delivered and to be delivered, and have various statistics available.
  • Grafo Mesh simplifies the production of meshes, floors, walls and other items having longitudinal and transversal wires. The software interface allows a fast and easy data introduction of the mesh to be produced, indicating the diameter, separation and possible windows.  With Grafo Mesh you can produce any kind of mesh, also very complex ones.
  • Software module that allows automatically importing the data of the longitudinal beam reinforcements according to the working drawings. The table must explicitly contain the drawing of the rods of these longitudinal reinforcements.  CLIC-CAD recognises shapes, lengths and diameters of the reinforcement rods in the drawings and imports the data directly to our GO management software for the subsequent working procedures (cutting optimisation, label printing, sending the production data to the machines, reports, statistics, etc.).  CLIC-CAD thus allows: -Drastically reducing the workload of those who convert the drawings into job lists - Reducing operator input errors.
  • This panel is used for the construction of floors and roofs. The thickness and geometry of the panel can be varied according to the span and project requirements. The placement of the reinforcement and the concrete pour can be made totally on site or partially in the production plant.
  • The stairs element is constituted by a suitably shaped polystyrene core, wherein the rise and tread may vary according to the needs of the project. This element must be reinforced and completed on site.
  • This panel consists of a sheet of polystyrene sandwiched between two mats of welded wire mesh. The polystyrene sheet can be shaped as required and the thickness can vary according to needs. The Single Panel can be used for the construction of single and multistory buildings according to the local building regulations.
  • This panel consists of two single panels joined together with an intermediate cavity. The thickness of the polystyrene and the width of the cavity can be varied according to the performance required. The external faces of the panel are usually finished in plaster.
  • These are single panels that are integrated with traditional reinforced concrete structures as the external wall cladding, partition walls and floors. The advantages are the speed of application and the excellent insulation properties. By varying the thickness of the panel it is possible to reach a classification of the construction of Category A.
  • Robotic system for the production of panels made up of one or more assembling machines working in parallel fed by a robot which loads the steel meshes already produced and the polystyrene sheets already cut. When the panels are assembled, another robot positioned at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the panels so they are ready to be transported.
  • Electromechanical automatic machine for electro-welded meshes bending and cutting, for the production of U, L and Z-shaped meshes. Clamps driven by electric servomotors guarantee the handling of meshes. - Max mesh width: 1300 mm - Max mesh length: 6000 mm
  • Machine to cut the polystyrene blocks in sheets used for the production of the systems’ components. The machine allows to cut vertically and horizontally the blocks and to obtain sheets of different thicknesses.
  • Machine for the production of electro welded meshes supplied by bars and coils. This machine produces electro welded meshes with transversal wires pre-straightened and cut to size and longitudinal wires supplied directly from coils. The mesh maximum width is equal to 1250 mm and the length is unlimited.
