  • The use of lifting anchors is the most widespread all along the years, the easiest and the cheapest one among all those existing on the market. Moreover, for the lifting of thin elements or beams with a thin core, the integral socket with reinforced bar is an insuperable product as it directly and quickly spreads the load in deepness. To be sure of adopting a good and safety lifting system, have a look to the same section referred to the anchor and for the choice and check of the socket, please consult the same section dedicated to the anchor. In the specific case of lifting sockets, the manufacturer guarantees that the breakage of the full system socket-articulated loop in axial pull happens at 4 times the nominal pull with which sockets are commercially individuated. Naturally, it is necessary to respect the distances from the edges and the minimum distances between centers of nearby sockets, to confine suitably each socket into the concrete with anchoring and distribution mesh.   • 'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' offers a rational and reliable method for the handling of concrete elements. The connection and disconnection operations of the lifting clutch are instantaneous and allow hoisting 'on edge' of panels manufactured in horizontal with speed, safety and economy. The system does not foresee welded or bolted pieces, therefore laying time is minimum and there is no risk of faulty screwing or threads wear. The efficacity of the 'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' is proven by its use on sites since many years. The components of the 'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' are the lifting anchor, the lifting clutch and the salvage round recess plug which, previously fixed inside the mould, provides a void housing into concrete such as to allow the lifting anchor head to be hooked by the lifting clutch.
  • LIFTING CLUTCΗ is the re-usable component of the 'LIFTING SYSTEM', made of high resistance steel casting to guarantee lasting use. The lower end spheric part swings into the housing previously created into the concrete elements and its 'T' slot engages itself into the spheric head of the lifting anchor. The contact with the lifting anchor head is made during the lifting phase only when toe or spheric head is rested to the concrete element.
  • The materials used and the accurate workmanship ensure the highest reliability at working pressure. They are complete with milled collar and high thickness protection for the hard chrome-plated stem.
  • Pre-stressing system includes the complete loosening of the strands before cutting them.

  • The Special Distributing machine with vertical lifting has been built in order to access areas where normal machines cannot do so. Such problematic areas include the casting of moulds for monoblocks or horizontal casting at a considerable height. Chief characteristics: Maximum casting height: 3,20 m Casting distance: 6m maximum with a belt rotating up to 90°
  • This is the smallest machine of the series. It has been developed to work on elements which do not need large quantities of concrete. Its particular handling and small dimensions allow to reach high translation speed.
