  • Machine for the production of cylindrical cages with variable pitch welded spiral wrap (Ø 1600 mm). High productivity and flexibility is guaranteed by the configuration of the machine and by the fully automatic welding unit SAF 3000. It is also possible to produce on the machine square or rectangular cages and cages with the bars bent on the end (90° bends, bottle necks and pointed).
  • On the precasting sites, whenever a perfect surface finish is required and for highly resistant concrete, high frequency vibration is a must. We suggest our H.F. electric vibrators with asynchronous three-phase motors supported by a sturdy frame and assembled to a protection degree IP 65.7. Available with plate-type or cradle lug bracket mounting. AFC and AFP high frequency or supply frequency vibrators are suitable for concrete elements production on formworks or vibrating tables
    • THREE-PHASE INPUT VOLTAGE
On specific request, Bianchi Casseforme may supply suitable frequency converter to operate its vibrators
  • For the precasting of small items, in industrial plants, on vibration tables, standard frequency electric vibrators are the most appropriate solution. Equipped with asynchronous three-phase motors, supported by a sturdy frame assembled to a protection degree IP 65.7, they are the final solution to your vibration requirement. BF series vibrators satisfy near all industrial vibrating applications.
  • The cage making machine CM PRO 110, produces cylindrical and prismatic poles with welded spiral and programmable pitch (Ø 1100 mm), but thanks to equipment with a set of servomotors, the new monobloc structure and other major innovations, it is a more flexible, faster, safer, innovative and transportable machine.

The rods located in the holes of these plates form dials which separate the rebars being fed to the machine to fabricate the cage. The dial is anchored to the fixed plate, thus following its rotation. It lies on the storage boxes by means of polyurethane-coated rollers located at one end of metal rods.

Their function is to support the cage during its fabrication. They are raised automatically and stopped as soon as the supporting rollers reach the cage.

    Fixed plate
Bored plate rotating in a synchronised way with the mobile plate. Once you have set the diameter of the cage you are going to produce, the bushes are placed and secured to the plate. The rebars fed through the dial are then made to slide through these bushes.

    Mobile plate
Cages are produced by moving the mobile plate forward and forming a spiral around the rebars. The suspended mobile disk attached to the main structure and equipped with servomotors to give it greater accuracy and speed.

Thanks to the suspended mobile disk, an innovative cage evacuation system with hydraulically-operated chutes could be designed and applied: a crane is no longer required to evacuate the cage and the machining cycle can immediately be resumed.

The new CM 1100 xp control is incorporated in the base structure so that the machine takes up less space, at the same time freeing the operator working area. It is fitted with a touch screen, flash memory, and provision has been made for a serial line. In addition, it allows changing the cage execution speed without interrupting the working cycle, producing cages with variable pitch, defining how many cross-pieces to weld and automatically lifting the supports.

  • Variable frequency vibrators series VFP/VFC are suitable for formwork or vibrating tables to produce concrete elements with high frequency vibrations optimized by an accurate speed regulation. This allows an optimal productivity of the plant and a remarkable lowering of the noise in relation to traditional systems. The VFP/VFC vibrators series can be equipped with 'auto displacing' weights, for differential vibration among the filling of the mould and the finishing of the produced element. THREE-PHASE INPUT VOLTAGE With standard execution at: - 2 Poles - 42V - 0-100 Hz – 0-6000 rpm - 4 Poles - 400V - 0-100 Hz – 0-6000 rpm FREQUENCY INVERTER Vibrators VFP/VFC series can be operated by any kind of inverter type PWM with constant torque. On specific request, Bianchi Casseforme may supply computerized vibration plant.
  • High frequency vibrators require the installation of a specific converter to transform a 230/400V - 50Hz input into a 42V – 150Hz output for 9000 rpm H.F. vibrators or 42V - 200Hz output for 6000 rpm H.F. vibrators. Complete with electric control board.
  • Special sliding vibrators are available with pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical locking device and pneumatic or electric vibrator.
  • To obtain perfect finishing, to achieve the highest strength in concrete, pneumatic vibration is the best solution. The range of application includes the pre-casting yard as well as the tunnelling yard, everywhere assuring the highest level of accident prevention, top reliability and no maintenance required. The pneumatic vibrator avoids the risk of resonance, by gearing its number of revolutions continuously.
