  • The stairs element is constituted by a suitably shaped polystyrene core, wherein the rise and tread may vary according to the needs of the project. This element must be reinforced and completed on site.
  • This panel is used for the construction of floors and roofs. The thickness and geometry of the panel can be varied according to the span and project requirements. The placement of the reinforcement and the concrete pour can be made totally on site or partially in the production plant.
  • Pin for steel plate locking suitable for 20 mm diameter holes. Use together with wedge L=100-200 mm. Locking wedge, 100 mm long, to be used together with pins.
  • To neutralize the effect of strands where a minor compression stress is required, the best solution to avoid operating difficulties of deviated strands is the soft sheath for the strand neutralization. Easy to apply, available for various sizes of strand and plaits, antioxidizing. Packs: • Yellow colour soft sheath for 0.6'' strand only, supplied into 3m long packs of 300m in total. • Red colour sheat idoneous for 3/8'',1/2'',0.6'' strands, supplied into 3m long packs of 600m in total • Sheat for 3x3 plait, supplied into 3m long packs of 1500m in total.

  • For an accurate vibration of concrete even in special cases, whenever no vibration inside the formwork is possible, the solution is our sturdy pneumatic poker-type vibrator. Reliable, maintenance-free, totally safe. We propose our high-frequency, pneumatic vibrating pokers; they are bearing- and lubrication-free and consist of a wear-proof steel vibrating assembly, abrasion- and oil-proof rubber hose, silenced cock with air filter, 3/4” GAS connection. 6 Bar compressed air required.

  • Special compacting smoothing trowel for panels with aggregates in view.
  • LIFTING CLUTCΗ is the re-usable component of the 'LIFTING SYSTEM', made of high resistance steel casting to guarantee lasting use. The lower end spheric part swings into the housing previously created into the concrete elements and its 'T' slot engages itself into the spheric head of the lifting anchor. The contact with the lifting anchor head is made during the lifting phase only when toe or spheric head is rested to the concrete element.
  • To reduce waste, the ideal solution for the recovery of long crop ends of strand is undoubtedly the coupler for plaits and strands. It consists of 2 clamps, whose diameter may vary, connected by a nipple. They are made from high quality steel and processed through severe heat treatment, which ensure many reuses and long life.     • Disassemble the clamp and soak all parts in heavy oil bath for 24 hours;
    • Then clean all components with compressed air;
    • Check the conditions of the knurl edge, replace wedges if necessary;
    • Re-assemble the wedge sets with the elastic ring;
    • Sprinkle graphite powder over wedges;
    • Check wedges and socket for equal taper.
  • Special sliding vibrators are available with pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical locking device and pneumatic or electric vibrator.
  • For closing the top of the moulds, we suggest our quick closing device by cam.
