The Special Distributing machine with vertical lifting has been built in order to access areas where normal machines cannot do so. Such problematic areas include the casting of moulds for monoblocks or horizontal casting at a considerable height. Chief characteristics: Maximum casting height: 3,20 m Casting distance: 6m maximum with a belt rotating up to 90° -
The re-usable open-type clamps are the most commonly used for the prestressing of traction cables as they are practical, cheap, easy to inspect and service. They are made from high quality steel and processed through severe heat treatment, which ensure many reuses and long life. CLAMPS SERVICING- Disassemble the clamp and soak all parts in heavy oil bath for 24 hours
- Then clean all components with compressed air
- Check the conditions of the knurl edge, replace wedges if necessary
- Re-assemble the wedge sets with the elastic ring
- Sprinkle graphite powder over wedges
- Check wedges and socket for equal taper

For the construction of panels, tilting tables by means of hydraulic telescopic cylinders: Size of panels: Thickness variable from 80 to 400 mm - Height from 2000 to 4500mm - Length from 6000 to 12000mm; Table width : 2500 - 4500 mm; Sides height: 50 + 400 mm; Table length: 6 - 8 - 12 - 25 - 50 - 60 to 100m; Hydraulic handling. -
'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' offers a rational and reliable method for the handling of concrete elements. The connection and disconnection operations of the lifting clutch are instantaneous and allow hoisting 'on edge' of panels manufactured in horizontal with speed, safety and economy. The system does not foresee welded or bolted pieces, therefore laying time is minimum and there is no risk of faulty screwing or threads wear. The efficacity of the 'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' is proven by its use on sites since many years. The components of the 'QUICK LIFTING SYSTEM' are the lifting anchor, the lifting clutch and the salvage round recess plug which, previously fixed inside the mould, provides a void housing into concrete such as to allow the lifting anchor head to be hooked by the lifting clutch.
