Pin for steel plate locking suitable for 20 mm diameter holes. Use together with wedge L=100-200 mm. Locking wedge, 100 mm long, to be used together with pins. -
Oil tight, wear-proof, heat-resistant PVC gaskets for the steel moulds locking seal. -

Bianchi Casseforme is able to supply a large range of profiles for safe anchorage of loads to concrete walls and roof slabs. They are available in different shapes and dimensions according to your specific kind of application needed and the load which they have to be submitted. The profiles are supplied with a polyethylene filler in order to prevent infiltrations of concrete during the casting phase. When the concrete element is demoulded, the internal filler can be easily removed with a cutter. -

LIFTING CLUTCΗ is the re-usable component of the 'LIFTING SYSTEM', made of high resistance steel casting to guarantee lasting use. The lower end spheric part swings into the housing previously created into the concrete elements and its 'T' slot engages itself into the spheric head of the lifting anchor. The contact with the lifting anchor head is made during the lifting phase only when toe or spheric head is rested to the concrete element.
