Robotic system for the production of panels made up of one or more assembling machines working in parallel fed by a robot which loads the steel meshes already produced and the polystyrene sheets already cut. When the panels are assembled, another robot positioned at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the panels so they are ready to be transported. -
Machine for the production of electro welded meshes supplied by bars and coils. This machine produces electro welded meshes with transversal wires pre-straightened and cut to size and longitudinal wires supplied directly from coils. The mesh maximum width is equal to 1250 mm and the length is unlimited. -
Machine for the assembly of the shaped polystyrene panel to two external electro-welded meshes. The machine welds the vertical connectors to the two external meshes, producing the sandwich panel. This way, it is possible to produce all types of panels: single, double and floor panels of different thickness. -
Completely automatic electric panels assembling machine. The first mesh, the polystyrene panel and the second mesh are positioned on the welding bench, then the machine puts and welds the vertical connectors to the two external meshes. This way, it is possible to produce all types of panels: single, double and floor panels of different thickness. -
Mesh Spider is the lifting equipment to move electro-welded mesh panels which can hook mesh bundles from the outside. Due to its automatic hooking and releasing device Mesh Spider can move one or more mesh bundles in a fast and safe way resulting in room saving as the bundles can be stocked one next to the other.
