  • Electromechanical automatic machine for electro-welded meshes bending and cutting, for the production of U, L and Z-shaped meshes. Clamps driven by electric servomotors guarantee the handling of meshes. - Max mesh width: 1300 mm - Max mesh length: 6000 mm
  • Robotic system for the production of panels made up of one or more assembling machines working in parallel fed by a robot which loads the steel meshes already produced and the polystyrene sheets already cut. When the panels are assembled, another robot positioned at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the panels so they are ready to be transported.
  • The “Reinforced Thermal Block” is a new brick composed of two sheets of vibro-pressed concrete separated by a shaped polystyrene core of variable thickness. The concrete sheets are connected by four connectors of galvanized steel of Ø 2-3 mm, which make the block a single body.
  • These are single panels that are integrated with traditional reinforced concrete structures as the external wall cladding, partition walls and floors. The advantages are the speed of application and the excellent insulation properties. By varying the thickness of the panel it is possible to reach a classification of the construction of Category A.
  • This panel consists of two single panels joined together with an intermediate cavity. The thickness of the polystyrene and the width of the cavity can be varied according to the performance required. The external faces of the panel are usually finished in plaster.
  • This panel consists of a sheet of polystyrene sandwiched between two mats of welded wire mesh. The polystyrene sheet can be shaped as required and the thickness can vary according to needs. The Single Panel can be used for the construction of single and multistory buildings according to the local building regulations.
  • The stairs element is constituted by a suitably shaped polystyrene core, wherein the rise and tread may vary according to the needs of the project. This element must be reinforced and completed on site.
  • This panel is used for the construction of floors and roofs. The thickness and geometry of the panel can be varied according to the span and project requirements. The placement of the reinforcement and the concrete pour can be made totally on site or partially in the production plant.
  • Software module that allows issuing quotations, notes and invoices for the rod orders managed with the Graphico software.  It allows including data related to the job executed in the notes and invoices thanks to the possibility of interfacing with the Grafo-Trax package. The Graphico software is required.
  • Shipping Bar manages orders shipping and deliveries.  This software provides real-time control of loaded materials on trucks, makes sure loading are completed and prints the right shipping documents.
  • Software module which allows the traceability of the material required for the quality managenets and the 'real time' reception of the casting used in the different machines. The scanning of these date is made by means of bar-code reader.
  • Production supervision software that shows the job execution status in real-time and allows managing the operators and obtaining the real production statistics also for manual machines and by operator. Ethernet is required to connect each data collection point with the office and the bar code readers on the machines.
