  • Bianchi Casseforme is able to supply a large range of profiles for safe anchorage of loads to concrete walls and roof slabs. They are available in different shapes and dimensions according to your specific kind of application needed and the load which they have to be submitted. The profiles are supplied with a polyethylene filler in order to prevent infiltrations of concrete during the casting phase. When the concrete element is demoulded, the internal filler can be easily removed with a cutter.
  • To close and lock the hinged sides we suggest our articulated strut.

  • The re-usable open-type clamps are the most commonly used for the prestressing of traction cables as they are practical, cheap, easy to inspect and service. They are made from high quality steel and processed through severe heat treatment, which ensure many reuses and long life. CLAMPS SERVICING
    • Disassemble the clamp and soak all parts in heavy oil bath for 24 hours
    • Then clean all components with compressed air
    • Check the conditions of the knurl edge, replace wedges if necessary
    • Re-assemble the wedge sets with the elastic ring
    • Sprinkle graphite powder over wedges
    • Check wedges and socket for equal taper
