  • Variable frequency vibrators series VFP/VFC are suitable for formwork or vibrating tables to produce concrete elements with high frequency vibrations optimized by an accurate speed regulation. This allows an optimal productivity of the plant and a remarkable lowering of the noise in relation to traditional systems. The VFP/VFC vibrators series can be equipped with 'auto displacing' weights, for differential vibration among the filling of the mould and the finishing of the produced element.   • Electromechanical equipment for cutting of reinforcement mesh.  It cuts in two directions thanks to the two kW 3 cutting motors, a kW 0.75 press motor and a kW 0.55 feeding motor.
  • Robotic system for the production of panels made up of one or more assembling machines working in parallel fed by a robot which loads the steel meshes already produced and the polystyrene sheets already cut. When the panels are assembled, another robot positioned at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the panels so they are ready to be transported.
